ABOUT ME!

Hi there! It’s Madison. I usually go by Maddy, but I'm trying something new! I am originally from Plantation, Florida, although I typically say Ft. Lauderdale, so people actually know the city… it’s close enough! I moved to New Jersey almost four years ago to pursue my superstar dreams and am graduating this Spring with my hard-earned B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from Rider University!

How did I get here? Well, it all started when I was a young, only child with two working parents who needed me occupied. From soccer to art classes, Girl Scouts, and horseback riding, I was thrown into a million activities to see what stuck. It wasn’t until my cousin’s non-profit theatre company had low registration that I was thrown into my first-ever theatre class at age 7. Let’s just say— that was the last after-school activity I ever tried!

From that moment on, musical theatre consumed me. That tiny non-profit grew to become my second home until the day I left for college. The radio in my Mom’s car was permanently set to the Broadway station. Every family holiday became a performance opportunity. When it came time to choose what to study, my decision was never a question.

As much as I love musical theatre, my love stretches far beyond performing. I love cooking for my friends, reading thriller books, making charcuterie boards, crafting, and spending time surrounded by my loved ones. I find joy in life’s smallest moments and am beyond excited for what this next chapter holds!
